Hey there! Thanks for stopping by --- I'm Marcelo, I’m a postdoctoral researcher at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), supported by a postdoctoral fellowship from the National Institute of Science and Technology in Responsible Artificial Intelligence for Computational Linguistics, Information Processing, and Dissemination (INCT-TILDIAR). I recently completed my PhD in Linguistics at the UFJF|FrameNet Brasil Computational Linguistics Lab under the supervision of Prof. Tiago Torrent. My dissertation focused on developing a novel frame-based multimodal-multilingual dataset (FM30K), proposing a new approach in the field of Frame Semantics for the automatic processing of combined image-text data.
